This was a VERY depressing and sad book subject-wise, but there was enough beauty in the character's voices/the writing itself that made this a fast and surprisingly lovely read. All in all, I enjoyed this more than I thought I would given the rather dire circumstances of plot of heroin and teenage prostitution...
