This is a cute little adventure, set on the Florida coast. A bit outrageous at times (typical Hiaasen), with some silly and quirky characters. The pace is double-time though, and there's plenty of danger afoot. What a whacky ending, too! A fine summer sunny-day-at-the-beach story. Four stars.
