I loved this book-and I'm a 37yr old mom! Don't think this book is just for teens! (Although if this was out when I was a teenager I would have been an obsessed fan!) I wanted it to keep going (which is why I ordered the other books in the series and i'm impatiently waiting for them to arrive). In the back of the book, the author has "questions for discussion"-don't skip this! She said each book in the series is loosely based on a piece of classic literature-"Twilight" being based on "Pride and Prejudice". When you compare and contrast Bella and Edward with Elizabeth Bennett and Mr Darcy, there are so many similarities, but I never would have picked that up while reading the book. Also, as others have said, you must read the book before you see the movie. If you've already seen the movie, read the book anyway-you won't regret it. There's so much that's not covered regarding the reasons Edward feels he must stay away from Bella, even though he's in love with her and has "waited so long for her".
