Imagine you are a civilian orbiting the earth in a space ship, and a miniscule particle pierces the hull and kills your pilot. There you are...all alone...no radio, but you do have a laptop computer. You decide to write your memoir as you wait for air to run out, and as you are writing down your memories, they are being transmitted to earth.
A little too much on the technical side for me, I would have liked more about Kip's life and how people in his past felt about reading about themselves; but it was a nice read.
