Book Review of The Screwtape Letters

The Screwtape Letters
reviewed BRILLIANT - Inscribed to J.R.R. Tolkien on + 22 more book reviews
Helpful Score: 5

This book describes, through letters between a devilish uncle and his clever nephew, the natural course of human nature and its relationship with God.

It's full of laughs (who can get over the idea of a Devil named Screwtape? And titles like His Most Lowness?)

The faithful, as well, will recognize the hard-fought truths behind the words of this great master.

It's Lewis at his best.
