Jack Mullen and Peter Mullen are brothers. Jack is a law student and Peter parks cars for the rich of the Hamptons. Peter's body is found on the beach. Jack knows the drowning wasn't an accident and feels that the power and money of the rich have "worked the system." Jack is going to do his best to uncover the truth.
