Oh. My. God. So much better than book one! I loved Rosa and Chris! The growth throughout the book by Rosa was awesome. I liked that she didn't lose any bit of herself just because she fell in love. She became more flexible, more open, and was so much better for it. Both main characters complemented each other very well. This new world is so very dark, but there are bright spots. Drama, action, romance, this book has it all. Well done.
*There is rape in this book, but it isn't done for shock value. Women are property, commodities to be traded or bought, used, then thrown away. Rose and company do what they can to change that (at least in their corner of the world)
