This book is for the person who wants to make a career of tour management, and also for the layperson who wants to lead a tour to see the world free. It covers qualifications, duties, pre-tour arrangements, travel and packing tips. Also includes dealing with travel personnel, and dealing with your passengers, and how to cope with many special situations that occur while on a tour. I was a group leader for 18 years, and this book helped me in many ways.
