ISBN 0307039358 - Little Monster goes to school, where he makes new friends and learns new things. Yally, one of his new friends, isn't a very happy monster - he's not happy with ANYthing! Until, that is, he discovers he's actually GOOD at something - drawing - and he becomes a little less grumpy after that.

Little Monster's day at school is just like any other young student's day. His mom walks him to school, and some of his friends come on the bus. They learn to write and count, they take care of pets and plants, and have lunch outside on nice days. This is a super book for little ones about to start school. It tells them all the fun things they might expect to do and learn, which can help them to be less afraid about going to school.

The illustrations are very nice. I really like the detail and the cover in this case is my favorite drawing - they're reading "Little Monster At School" and on the cover of that one, they're reading "Little Monster At School"... very cute.
