If you want a shocking S&M book, try The Story of O. Not
only was that book one of the first of its kind to be written by a woman, but it actually engages the reader, unlike this crap. This book pales in comparison, and reads like the author was trying too hard to be unconventional and erotic. I am baffled that not only did this book get published in the first place, but that it had 2 sequels. Just plain bad.
