Well, I have to admit I was disappointed in this installment. I was so looking forwrd to it, as I have loved all of the previous antics of Queen Betsy. MJD added a note to readers in the front of the book advising she was taking the series in a "new direction". Im not sure what direction that is, but Im not really into it. It was OK. Just sort of Blah - not real exciting. If this had been the 1st book, I wouldnt have read the rest.
