I didn't expect to like Kyle, his stubbornness or inability to enjoy life but he surprised me in this book. He and Amelia had to show considerable patience in getting to know one another because often they seemed to be on different communication tracks. They both had secrets to get through before they could move on. Good character development, romance, a villain or two. Overall, a good book.
