I enjoyed this even better than The Hanged Man. Artists, writers, can-can dancers and even Toulouse Lautrec color this end of the century murder in Paris. Is it Jack the Ripper? The murder victim a can-can dancer from Montmartre was found dismembered in a sewer. Archille Lefebvre uses the new technique of fingerprinting to solve this grisly gritty mystery.
