A rather eclectic book of short stories. The author is known for catching and keeping the attention of the short attention span. In From the Skies Came We, she explores a race of people who do not adjust well to the earth's atmosphere, thus causing the alarming physical characteristic and "trend," obesity. Absurd theory? She'll have you wondering about this story and many others.
