I am new to Manga - but found Lupin III delightfully humorous. It is printed in the Japanese style (right to left) which was difficult to follow (at first). Lupin is a master thief whose Achilles heel is any woman... It has a Age 16+ rating which it deserves from some of the situations that Lupin creates for himself...
