Some additional information about the recipes in this book:

The recipes use the former WW exchange system, listing protein, vegetable, carb, etc. exchange information - also used by those on a diabetic diet.

It lists the exact amounts of calories, grams of protein, grams of fat, grams of carbohydrates, mg. of sodium, mg. of cholesterol, etc.

On the point system? You can easily estimate points, by dividing the number of calories by 60. It will be close enough. For example - Hearty Kidney Bean Soup has 169 calories per serving, divided by 60 = 2.8 points, or round off to 3 points.

Or use your WW slide rule, or calculator, and the number of fat, fiber, and calories to figure out the points.

Over all this is a lot of tried and tested "favorite" recipes - used by WW members.
