A well-written series of vignettes about life in rural Idaho. Although the vignettes seem somewhat separate, Gruber does an excellent job of tying them all in together to create a seamless and harrowing tale of changing one's life. What is particularly remarkable about this is the love Gruber feels for Idaho. It really makes you want to see it and become just as enchanted as he is.
