If you do massage therapy or if you work with your hands such as carpenter, hair dresser, needle work or crochet, you must use this book! Even people with arthritis should use this book! It's amazing how you can save your hands and keep them flexible with these simple techniques. Easy to follow instructions and loads of pictures.
