Drew comes to his office after an out of town trip and finds Emerie in one of his offices. She thinks he's a burglar and he thinks she's a delight. Apparently she's been scammed by renting renovated office space that Drew didn't have for rent. Out of money she helps out Drew in his office while his secretary is on leave. Drew is a divorce attorney & she's a marriage counselor. Hi-jinks and fun ensue. Drew has been burned by a lying ex wife and Emerie has been holding out for a friend she followed to New York. Drew & Emerie form a friendship to lovers with some complicating twists and turns. An actual relationship that's not just based on sex was refreshing
