A collection of 40 stories from Greek mythology in Latin. The earliest ones, Pygmalion, Daedalus et Icarus, Virginia, are short and easy. The stories increase in length and difficulty. Readings near the end of the collection contain deponent verbs, but not clauses with the subjunctive. A complete vocabulary list is included. Many stories are illustrated with black and white drawings.
