I really liked reading this book about my favorite actor because it wasn't just about praising how wonderful he is as an actor but it showed his human flaws as well, such as his fight with alcohol and his inner conflict with himself, which is why he was such a loner for so many years. I have just ordered the updated version of this biography that picks up where this one left off in the mid '90's.
