This book is definitely worth reading, especially if you want your kids to take charge of their own behavior. I have enjoyed and benefited from reading all of the "One Minute" books.

Each book starts out with a person who is struggling with or wondering about, in this case, fatherhood. Then he is introduced to the one minute father who tells his story. You learn how he was able to build a positive attitude in his children and make them responsible for their own behavior. It has you meet his children and you hear their stories. It's clear and concise and very inspiring. Though you may not completely agree with the methods, as is true for most self-help books, you will definitely come away with some new ideas and perspectives on parenting.
