Dr. Lou returns with a new thriller that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Even though Palmer is known for his medical thrillers, fans will still enjoy his newest sensation, with a doctor as the protagonist and politics in the forefront. However, this isn't a cut and dried thriller but with additional elements added to it. Like an onion, you must peel back all of the layers to get to the real effect and it's no different with Political Suicide.

Dr. Lou is a beguiling character and I found him intriguing. I especially enjoyed his scenes with attorney Sarah Cooper. But who I thought could be the culprit left me empty handed and I was thoroughly surprised and satisfied with the ending. Definitely pick this one up thriller fans! Hours of enjoyment are to be found within these pages with great characters, a solid plot and clues spattered through-out that will keep you guessing!
