An informative and colorful book about how potatoes grow. This focuses primarily on all things surrounding the growth of a potato, rather than consumption or distribution. The book includes several excellent and simple experiments children can perform to "see" starch in potatoes using iodine, and even how to grow your own potato plant from a tuber.
