Mollie Katzen's Recipes: Desserts
by Mollie Katzen

I had fun reviewing this 119 page 50 recipe dessert cookbook because it was easy to understand, and the hand written style entrees were all on the healthy side which matters a lot. The author is renowned for her exciting and nutrition oriented cookbooks and it was easy to see why. Using ingredients like honey, carob, unbleached flour and the like I could tell I would get a stupendous taste that also happened to be good for me.

Another exciting thing besides the recipes, ( my favorite being the Carob Fudge Torte) was the coiled binding and the cover actually turned into a stand which held the pages upright so I could see them, I found it a lot easier and quicker than hunting for the book on an already crowded work space. It also comes with a sturdy pretty box that makes for no fuss storage. I would recommend this homey, healthy definitely yummy helper to anyone who loves to cook and loves to eat. Thanks Mollie, I can't wait to dig in.

Love & Light,
