This incredible story goes beyond describing the hero as ex-military and delves into the realities of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) suffered not only by our hero, but several of his friends who live in this country, but not as part of our communities. Rachel Lee has penned a story that speaks to the power of unconditional love. Not of its power to alleviate the suffering, but the power to assure a man that someone would be with him through the suffering and waiting on the other side when the worst had passed. For those who enjoy May-September romances, our heroine is 20 years younger than our battle-scarred hero. Rated 5-stars by Romantic Times (awarded to only 25 titles before they retired the 5-star rating).
