Too basic, and too flip about the reality of fertility in your 40s. Really, a disservice to women to write this book and make it seem like if you follow these ideas you can be fertile forever. I spent over 3 years using all of these techniques with professionals and my body did not budge. I think I am healthier but I know from the people I've met through my journey to become a mother in early 40s and my own experiences that the reality is really that its extremely difficult, no matter what great things you do, to extend your fertility by much.
