This review is from: Baking (What's Cooking) (Hardcover)
This is by far the best cookery book on my packed shelf. The recipes are ideal for beginners and the results are professional. It would be impossible to have any failures. A must for any one who doesn't have much time to spare in the kitchen.

Another customer mentioned that when she travels she takes Patmore's books with her as they are easily portable and protected by hardcover over wire spiral.

This book is in perfect condition, never used, a nice little gift.
