This book took me a while to get through. Very involved story about a woman recovering from breast cancer surgery who has a getaway to a fly fishing camp in the woods to clear her mind and body. I now know more than I ever wanted now about fly fishing! The character decides to stay up in a deserted cabin owned by the woman who leads the group, who's family owned the cabin. While she is taking time to think about her life, she gets absorbed by the life of the woman who once lived in the cabin. There are the usual quirky towns people, and a bit of romance. Will a mystery be solved? Mary Alice Monroe has a great way of telling her stories
