Excellent guide, and very specific to Playa del Carmen and the rest of the Riviera Maya including Tulum and other sites. Foreword by Sammy Hagar! Even though the book was published in 2006, we found it to be quite accurate still as of November 2009. (By the way, if you're going, the tacos at Aca Los Tacos in Playa del Carmen are to die for!)
