Trudy was a difficult book to read, in manner of emotions. The beginning of the book was slow, but the short chapters keep you reading. The further into the book you go the more you feel like your Trudy, and you imagine what she's going through. In parts the book is humorous, but it ends sadly (I almost cried). This is a book to read in a quiet place, when your not over excited.
