I didn't read the whole book, and in fact was very quickly reduced to skimming, but what I did see of it struck me as paranoid, unrealistic, and very unhelpful. Now I read more about the author, I know he's a known criminal who has been in legal trouble numerous times for various things, including making false claims. So, even if anything in the book did strike me as helpful, how could I really trust it?

This is a good concept for a book, but I know there are far better, much more trustworthy ones out there, written by authors who really want to help people, not just make money off of them. After all, the bulk of the 'cures' you want to know about (or else how to do them) are really on the author's website, not in this book, and access to them is far from free. I can't help but raise an eyebrow at anyone that writes an entire book for the purpose of steering people to his site, where he proceeds to milk them for subscription fees, all for access to information that was claimed to be in the book in the first place.
