This book was really hard to read. His tone and manner of writing are abrasive, rough, and not well thought out. He repeats himself A LOT.

Some of the information he has is good, a lot of it in a DUH kind of way. Everyone knows you shouldn't eat it if you can't pronounce it. Some of it is interesting, like the bit on magnets and shower filters. Colonics are not such a great idea, especially not in the frequency he recommends. If you want to kill all the colonizing good bacteria in there that digest your food for you, follow his instructions.

It reads like a bad conspiracy theory. I normally LOVE conspiracy theories, either they crack me up or they make me think. This didn't do either. At first it made me bored, then it made me mad that I actually paid for this piece of garbage. He is selling his website, and trying to convince you that the FDA has some secret plot to ruin his life and make you ill. I'm not a big fan of prescription medication, but I certainly won't advise someone with a serious condition to go off it. I'm no doctor and neither is he.
