If you are new to the world of herbs, than Brooklyn Botanic Garden - Gourmet Herbs" is the book for you! Not only does it give specific instructions on how to grow every kind og herb imaginable, but it also teaches you how to cook with them. You cannot mess up using this book. It really does instruct you on which herbs compliment which foods. "Gourmet Herbs" is also illustrated with lovely color photographs.
