Certain kinds of carpeting are the most durable, pest resistant, money-savings mulches available. It eliminates weeks and the need to cultivate around plants... It allows for close spacing and smaller gardens- ideal for small yards... The insulative qualities of the carpet allow earlie planting and later harvesting.
