A very good book. I was pleasantly surprised with it. A crime newsreporter goes to her boss's "vacation" home to relax and let her broken ankle heal. She meets a naked man who rescues her from a potentially fatal fall down the slick stairs that leads to a beach on the Atlantic Ocean. He seemed to appear from nowhere and to make things even more mysterious he says his name is Sean Seaward, the name on the self portrait hanging over the fireplace in the house. A painting that was signed and dated a hundred years ago.

This book has a paranormal feel to it but never actually comes right out and admits it is a paranormal. Is it? Or isn't it? You will have to read the book and decide.
