Having lived in Las Vegas since 1963, my husband and I have travelled the state of Nevada to some of the most remote outposts and lonesome trails. This book provides the traveler with scenic trips, just a day or less away from Downtown. Many places can be discovered taking a 2 or 3 day trip, also. We enjoyed visiting many of the places outlined in the book, and found several locations we never heard of in all the years of living here. Descriptive, easy to read, good mapping of sites and descriptions of what to expect.
