Respect, honor and cherish your mate and act accordingly. Make your commitment to each other the top priority in your life. Communicate your love to your mate, and practice all your communication skills (verbal and nonverbal) so that the message is clear.

This isn't really ground-breaking information here. But it is a good reminder of relationship basics and there are some interesting exercises here for couples that need to get back in touch with one another. Core relationship values are reinforced, and listed within are some means to develop or rekindle those core relationship values.

There are religious references, but not too heavy-handed with the spiritualism. In all, this is an inspirational and positive guide to maintaining or recreating a healthy marital partnership.
