It was the kind of encounter Billie had seen only in movies, and never dreamed could happen to her. A rugged, sexy cowboy appeared from out of nowhwere to stir her passions---and then, just as quickly, he was gone. For one brief moment in time the walls Billie had built around her heart tumbled, though she believed their fiery passion would forever be no more than a bittersweet memory.
But fate leads her to a sprawling Texas ranch, and he is there agian---Matt, her handsome, mysterious stranger, the best thing that had ever happened to her. And now a voice inside her is telling her to run fast and far away. But Matt let Billie go once and he's not going to make the same mistake agian---because nothing on Earth will stop him from grabbing a second chance at love.

Here is a really good part of the book:
"Memphis...darling'---
I didn't forget you. To this day, I have yet to walk through an airport without looking for your face, and every time it snows, I remember what it felt like to kiss you."
All movement within her ceased except the heartbeat that was suddenly racing out of control. She looked up at him. Truth was staring her right in the face.
"Cowboy, you take my breath away."---
He lowered his head with a groan, and when their lips grazed and then centered, he felt an empty space inside him closing. His hands shook as he ran them through her hair.
Billie soared. The touch of his hands, the strengh of his body, the tenderness of his kiss all served to prove that she was treading deep water with no chance of survival, unless one of them made a quick move.
"Ah, Memphis, you are the best thing I..."
"Don't say it, Matt. Just hold me."
