The book is a collection of essays and comedic pieces about the author's experiences teaching pre-school, high school, and college. The essays were an interesting glimpse into what it is like to be a teacher, and some were genuinely touching. The comedic pieces didn't really do it for me. Perhaps if I were a teacher as well I would have related to them better.
