The Ten Minute Guide to Managing Stress, in my opinion, is a bargain. It
covers the spectrum of common stressors that each must face and offers practical solutions. The way the book is arranged, really, you could start on any chapter and gain some good ideas on how to minimize the stress you're experiencing. I like the chapters particularly on getting sleep, taking the stress out of trouble, and visualization and guided imagery. The chapter on spas was not that relevant to me as I'll probably never go to one, but it was certainly interesting reading. In any case, I recommend this book.
