P.I. Bubba Marry is short on cash when pimp Sultan Sweeney strolls into his offce. Sultan is working the old Route 66, Central Ave., and somebody's killing his "babies". The cops won't tell Sultan anything, so Bubba's his boy, even though he's already on The Case of the Missing Kewpie Dolls.
