Hardcover. No photos. Cindy Brooks started her culinary career in 1980 working as chef for New York City's Mayor Ed Koch. After that, she managed her own restaurant, Collage. Since 1986 she has owned Santa Fe Bite-Size Bakery, and been featured in Cook's Magazine, Food & Wine, Chocolatier and others. The bakery has also been featured in various national television shows. This is her first book.
