This book is very good. There are mostly afghans, but maybe that is what Vanna's favorite gift is. There are some fabulous patterns for afghans and a few other things also. Some of the best patterns are the plaid baby blanket and the dress that Giovanna is wearing in the book. The wrap that is on the cover is a real winner, too. It is easy to size up or down by either recalculating your starting chain or if you are not comfortable changing patterns that way, then you can just use a thinner or thicker yarn with the appropriate hook size to change the size of the wrap. Vanna is, of course, quite photogenic and so are her adorable kids (they were still small when this book was made).
