A lost city and Inca treasure!

It was an exciting, ambitious project organized around a theory of her explorer father's. Rylla was thrilled to be the expedition's official photographer.

Then, at the last minute, illness forced Rylla's father to resign. His position was filled by Jacques Fresnay, an antiquities authority who'd openly criticized her father's work.

The impact of their first meeting had a shattering effect upon Rylla, which family loyalty forced her to deny. Jacques was far from indifferent to her, too, and living up to their so-called truce proved a greater challenge than any of the dangers of the Peruvian jungle.
