I enjoyed this book. Although, I thought the ending was a little rushed. I also thought this book could have used a little more danger and suspense. They were going after a Russian mobster after all.

Drake is the perfect flawed hero especially since he loves his dog so much and Val is the perfect strong but a little fragile heroine. Drake and Val are both a little damaged but through finding each other, they conquer their demons and an evil Russian mobster.
