I requested this book because I have seen it recommended so many times in other books I have read regarding goal setting and the like. This book is utter nonsense. It is the same sort of new age garbage that "The Secret" endorses and provides no real tools for achieving your goals. Rather than waste your time with this, I would recommend books like 7 Habits of Highly Effective People or others that are based in reality. Leave this one on the shelf.
