Love You Hate You Miss You by Elizabeth Scott was a powerful and heartbreaking novel. I read it under five hours, which goes to show how much I loved it. I just couldnt bear to put it down. Elizabeth Scott is brilliant and I cant wait to continue reading her novels. Love You Hate You Miss You was not what I expected at all. I picked it up without knowing anything about it. Amy, the main character was absolutely brilliant and amazing. I loved her from the very beginning. Like every teenager, she was just trying to find her way, especially now that she was struggling with her best friends death. Amy felt completely and utterly responsible to what happened to Julia, her best friend. Amy believed that she didnt deserve to be happy; she didnt deserve to be alive. Amy was lost and felt completely alone. She was full of pain and guilt. I felt her raw emotions and I longed to hold her and tell her she was not alone. If there was anything I could have done to make Amy feel better, I would have done it. No questions ask. Amy was a very smart girl; she was just kind of lost. If you havent read Love You Hate You Miss You, you should definitely pick it up and give it a chance. I am not a book reviewer whatsoever but I hope you can tell how much I loved this book. Read it!
