I enjoyed this book it only took me about an hour in a half to read this little book. I thought it had a lot of good insights in it. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it has a wide christian viewpoint and I was expecting more an an eastern viewpoint in this book. Also a lot of it is repetitive.
