This was a big, thick, and pretty cookbook with lots of full-page photos. It should appeal to anyone who likes Asian food, fruit - especially citrus, and nuts, as the recipes tended heavily in that direction. Flours included sorghum, millet and teff. I had good success trying a rosemary chicken skillet dish.

Most tempting in the dessert section were a tagalong (girl scout cookie) recipe and chocolate covered cookie dough bites. YUM.

Overall a reasonable, accessible and not TOO healthy cookbook (that's a compliment!!)
